I can't validate my identity

To ensure your data is secure and to prevent fraud, Drum partners with a third-party security vendor to validate all identities in the Drummer and Business apps. 

To validate your identity you will be asked to enter your birthdate, last 4 of your social, and address. Should any of this data not match what is in the security check database (or if you are under 18 years of age), you will receive a failure message. Double-check that the information you entered is correct and try again. If you continue to have trouble getting validated, feel free to send a note to help@drum.io and we can look into it further for you.
